Each product is freshly and carefully made to order — that's why we have a few guidelines

Good to know when ordering

Payment

To confirm your order, we apply the following payment terms:
  • Signature cakes & standard orders:
    Full payment in advance
  • Custom cakes
    50% deposit upon reservation
    50% payment at the latest 3 days before pickup
  • Wedding cakes
    50% deposit upon reservation of the date
    50% payment at the latest 14 days before the wedding
The order is definitive after receipt of the (down) payment.

Order period

Signature cakes & standard cakes
  • Order at least 5 days in advance
Custom cakes
  • Order at least 14 days in advance
Wedding cakes
  • Order at least 3 months in advance
  • For popular dates, we recommend 6 months in advance
Last-minute requests are possible based on availability.

Pick-up & delivery

  • Delivery possible upon consultation

Confirmation

After completing the order form:
  • I will contact you within 24–48 hours to discuss your order
  • You will then receive a payment link to confirm your order
The order is final upon payment.
